Gorilla tracking
A highlight of any adventure seeking traveler, Gorilla tracking is an adrenaline rising experience that will take you through challenging tropical rainforest to meet up with these gentle giants for an hour of exhilarating interaction. Please note that the gorilla tracking is subject to availability of permits at the time of booking.

Chimpanzee tracking
There are four tourist hotspots that provide viewing of man’s closest cousins, Paniyo- Pabidi in Murchison falls National Park, Kibaale forest National Park, Kyambura gorge in Queen Elizabeth National park or alternatively visit the Ngamba island sanctuary of orphaned chimps at feeding time and observe the unique behavior of chimpanzees that closely relates to human behavior.

Game and scenery viewing
Gifted by nature, Uganda’s national parks are a must go for wild life game lovers. A game drive/ launch boat trip in one of the parks will guarantee you excellent game viewing opportunities for a variety of mammals, reptiles and indigenous bird species. You will also encounter picturistique views of the African Savannah, wetlands, craters, forests and mountainous ecosystem.

Bird viewing
Dubbed the birder’s paradise, Uganda’s geographical location midway the African continent attracts migrant bird species from the north and south, hosting 1000 bird species of the 1,500 bird species documented in East Africa.

Sport fishing
Fishing for pleasure with a single rod or reel at controlled fishing spots on River Nile and Lake Albert is an added adventure. Most sought after fish is the Nile Perch that grows up to 100kgs. Please note that the fish caught is neither for sell or barter.

Forestry and primate walks
Follow nature trails in search of a variety of primate species in a series of protected natural rainforests. Clients can choose short or long distance day or night walks and hiking while taking in the quietness of the forest wilderness and listening to melodies from a variety of bird species.
 
Mountaineering
Hike to the peak of the Rwenzori mountain ranges standing at 5,109 m above sea level in 7 days/ nights and be rewarded with a life time experience, alternatively hike up the volcanic Mountain Elgon (4,321m) above sea level, this package may include cross border tourism into Kenya to view a 40km long large caldera.

Hiking
This is yet another self rewarding activity that you can participate in at Mount Mgahinga also home to the famous Gorillas. Predominantly thrilling are the Virunga volcanoes which offers three extinct volcanoes, (Mt Sabinyo 3669m, Mt. Mgahinga 3474m and Mt. Muhavura 4127m) at Mt. Sabinyo, a hike up to the top of the three peaks guarantees you to be in Rwanda, Democratic Republic of Congo and Uganda at the same time.
